On the palate, soft creamy tropical fruits, but be ready, a finish of Blueberry, Red Currant and Portello will make you question “did this REALLY come from hops?!”.

Inspo for this one was a traditional Australian dessert for unexpected guests, the quick and easy  tinned fruit salad and cream, or ice cream if someone hadn’t eaten it all.
